Want to talk to your warm market about your network marketing company but wish you knew exactly what to state?
This will assist you to comprehend why your warm market responds based upon how they see you and what to do about it to still produce MLM Prospecting Success!
How To Approach Warm Market
Scenario one is that there's times when people approach their warm market, you'll see a trainer on the stage. They'll give this amazing warm market prospecting scripts on how their warm market, I just recruited 100 people into my business, and this is what I said. What ends up happening is those people in the audience, they take notes, and believe “I need that script because that script is going to help me recruit 100 people.” That is not the case. The reason why they are able to recruit people is because of how that person has perceived them before.
MLM Prospecting And Building Rapport
If this person has been in business before and has success in business, then they can approach them with their network marketing business like, “Hey, I just joined this new business. Pass me your credit card. I'm going to sign you up.” They're reply, “Sure, absolutely. Where do I sign up? Here's my credit card.” or they call them like, “Hey, I just joined this new deal. Are you in, or are you out?” His reply, “I'm in.” They have a rapport, and a respect with these people. The person that is calling, already has a rapport or a respect built up, so that when they make this phone call to their warm market, then they'll basically sign up for any and everything.
Number two is that if you haven't built that respect or that rapport with that person first, then you should focus on the product. If you are meeting somebody, and you are trying to recruit them, they are lukewarm, cold, if you approach them with a business opportunity, they'll probably be resistant. You want to focus on the product. Let me give you an example. If you were to open a restaurant, you wouldn't say, “Hey, come open another restaurant with me, and we can have all these restaurants around town.” No, you would say, “Hey, I just opened a new restaurant. Why don't you come stop by and try out the food?” The person is not going to be resistant to that. I would love to come try out your pizza, steak or whatever it is that they are selling. If you haven't built that respect or rapport yet, you want to focus on the product. For network marketing, if you have a product that you are selling, hit them with the product and say, “Hey, I have this new product. Do you want to check it out? Then you hit them with the product.
Now number three is if a person, and this was the story, with the last woman I was speaking with I share in the video below. If this person has a negative energy towards MLM, your family and/or friends are basically immune to your money message, and you want to lead with the product. You only want to focus leading with the product. You don't want to mention the business opportunity at all. What I suggested to her to say, “Hey, I enjoy this new business opportunity. I know it's not for you in any way, shape or form, but we got some cool products. You may want to check it out.” Then let that tool, that resource that the company gives you, let that resource do the selling for you. Then when they're watching their video, then they may be open to the business opportunity, but you want to lead with the product. Lead with that product and don't worry about the business opportunity. If they see the MLM, or they're immune to your money message, you want to lead with the product.
